I have to admit I was genuinely shocked by the honest and straightforward attitude at The Car Palace. We were able to get a 2011 Toyota in amazing condition, at an unbelievably fair price, AND with absolutely no hassle at all. John made the process as easy and smooth as possible, and was very honest about the vehicle's history and reliability. I'll be pointing any friends looking to buy a used car his way.

All I had to do was state the MAXIMUM I wanted to spend and immediately John handed me 3 sets of keys and sent me on my way. I was BEYOND satisfied with one of the options. I don’t know where to begin! First off, John is absolutely AMAZING!!! He was able to get me approved for a low down payment and low monthly payments when I have terrible credit and a recent repossession! He was so good with communicating with me and we did everything through text. He handled everything! I am so grateful that I found this place. Very trustworthy (unlike a lot of others out there) I got a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, great condition! I can’t wait to come back and upgrade once I build my credit back up. Thank you John! 😊 UPDATE: I just wanted to post an update. My car (Hyundai Sonata) had the check engine light pop on the dash, I reached out to John and he not only had it fixed by the very next morning, but he even gave me and my daughter Uber money to get home so that we weren’t stranded and stuck waiting around! It was no cheap Uber either! Since then, the check engine light has popped back on again and the car stalled out on me and John responded immediately with a solution! My car has been in there a few days while they trouble shoot the issues because well, cars will be cars! But I just can’t say enough about how kind, responsive and trust worthy John is! No matter where you shop for a used car, you will more than likely run into problems and most car salesman will give you the run around and leave you hanging out to dry! The car palace has the customers best interests in mind at all times and I just appreciate and respect the exceptional customer service!

My new car is probably the 5th car I’ve bought at Car Palace in the last 30+ years. I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. John prides himself on having a lot of one owner vehicles in stock with full car fax reports on the website. I just bought a one owner Subaru and I couldn’t be happier! It was 3 days between seeing the car first time and having it in my driveway. Great place for folks buying their kids first vehicle too. They don’t break the bank, but you can trust the vehicle you purchase for your new driver. Fantastic place!!

I did a lot of research and looked at several cars over the past few weeks . John by far was the most honest and very fair and had a great inventory that worked within my budget. Even with John being short staffed , he still was a true professional and sat with me and discussed my options, worked with me with the registration process and offered to take care of the inspection sticker. We ended up with a Ford with low mileage and in impeccable shape! What really set John and his staff apart from the others was what they do in going up and beyond the purchase. The vehicle needed a temp controller knob and they did not hesitate to get it fixed with no hassles. Upon picking up the vehicle not only did they fix the knob, they also detailed the vehicle and astonishing they took it upon themselves to refurbish the steel wheels and the hub caps. Again, up and beyond our expectations and without a doubt, we WILL repeat our business with Car Palace / John. Nothing but a big thanks to John at Car Palace!
